Where agents are already needed
Below are the agents we have built for our clients, or that our clients have built themselves on our platform, grouped by sector. Open a card to find out what that agent does, which documents its answers come from and which systems it talks to.
Live events
Concerts, tours and festivals: a temporary city to organise and to measure.
A system of agents that reads the data of everyday work and measures the impact while the tour is under way, date after date, saying what is worth changing for the next one.

10 dates
The tour of a well-known Italian singer, in 8 arenas: the first large-scale use case.
~80%
Of a festival's footprint comes from audience travel.
60–75%
Of an event's emissions is still to be measured.

The challenge
A city that lives for a few days, with an impact to measure.
A concert or a festival is a temporary city: energy, transport, food, waste, people. Measuring its impact takes data that already exists, but is scattered and collected by hand.
A team of AI agents, built with Karacal.
Sound Sustainability Manager (SSM) is built on Karacal, Red Lynx's platform for creating AI agents. A master agent coordinates the modules: each one reads the data of its area, calculates the impact and suggests how to improve.
- Platform
- Karacal lets you create custom AI agents: here, the ones for events.
- Modular
- It starts with the Production module; other areas are added on the same platform.
- Co-intelligence
- AI proposes, people decide.
- Compliant
- GHG Protocol, ISO 20121, CSRD.

The rest, in person
We have not told the whole of Sound.
This is only part of it. If you are curious about how it started, how the measurement model works or how it went in the field — or if your own case looks like this one — ask the Red Lynx team.
Ask Red Lynx
Customer support
Answers at any hour on the website and WhatsApp, with a person when needed.
Public administration
Residents and visitors: what there is to see, how to get around, how to get something done.
AI consulting and services
Trade fairs, events and meetings: contacts have to reach the CRM the same day.
The other trades
And for us? That is usually where the question lands.
These are not finished projects to tell: they are the trades the agent is already ready for, written the way we tell them out loud when somebody asks whether their company looks anything like this. And it need not be a single agent: on Karacal you build one, or a team of them that hands the work along. It goes quickly because the time goes into deciding how they should behave — the infrastructure underneath is on Red Lynx.
Manufacturing and automotive
The data sits scattered across databases, files, proprietary software and sensors, and the shift leader cannot find what they need quickly.
- Puts manuals and maintenance history within asking distance, right at the machine.
- Answers questions about production data in plain language, with no report in between.
- Finds the quality problems that keep coming back, and their likely causes.
Finance and administration
The finance team spends its days answering the same questions about budgets, invoices and policies, between ERP exports and spreadsheets.
- Explains a budget variance by going back to the entries that produced it.
- Answers on expenses, approval limits and procedures, saying which document it came from.
- Says where a supplier payment stands and which document is still missing.
Schools and training
School offices and training bodies drown in the same questions from families, students and colleagues who have just arrived.
- Works as a front office on WhatsApp: deadlines, payments, timetables and forms, at any hour.
- Gives teachers the answers on circulars, rules and syllabuses, with the exact reference.
- Welcomes newcomers: a body of knowledge you can simply ask.
Certification, inspection and insurance
Inspectors and insurers move between standards, checklists and very long policies, and then rewrite their notes into a report in the evening.
- Says which requirements apply and which evidence to check, from the standards you loaded.
- Turns the notes taken on site into the draft of the inspection report.
- Opens a claim and explains the cover in ordinary words.
Museums and tourism
Collections and archives are rich but awkward to question, and visitors arrive speaking ten different languages.
- Lets curators explore works, records and conservation notes.
- Answers visitors in their own language: opening hours, access, the stories behind the works.
- Works as a concierge on WhatsApp for hotels and wineries: bookings, tastings, local advice.
Associations and member networks
An association would like to send its members the news that matters every day. Nobody has the time to read every source.
- At seven it wakes up on its own and reads the sources it has access to.
- Keeps what members care about and sums it up, one item at a time.
- A moderator approves with one click, then it goes out on the site, LinkedIn and WhatsApp.
